This Balanced Scorecard and Business Automation Conference focuses on creating sustainable strategies for High Performance.
It will be conducted in an interactive manner, using lectures, lessons learned, practical examples, case studies, and shared participant experiences.
The goals of this course are for participants to be able to absorb Balanced Scorecard and IT governance knowledge and techniques, and learn how to build, implement and align corporate strategy and operational scorecards in a turbulent environment where continuous innovation, sustainable differentation and strategic thinking are the only competitive advantages left.
The presenters are: Johan Hough (Managing Partner of the Balanced Scorecard Institute), Rob Payne (Lode Star Strategy Consulting) & Johan Brits (SuccessFactors).
